Prof Anthony Fung is currently the Director of the School of Journalism and Communication. He oversees the entire School’s research agenda and faculty profile. Before he was the Director, he served to oversee the graduate programs, including PhD, MPhil and 5 taught masters’ programs; He was Program Coordinator, MA in Global Communication, 2004-2007, which he founded. He is Chair, Minor Sub-committee of Gender Studies Undergraduate Program,(2005-present). He is a Member of the Editorial Board of Popular Communication: The International Journal of Media and Culture (published by Francis & Taylor), (August 2009 –present). He is the Member, Senior Editorial Collectives, Asia Perspectives (in Korean), May 2008-present.
